What exactly is PlaDeo and how does it work?
A patented bio-plasma technology generates reactive oxygen species like O3 and OH-, sterilizing odor-causing bacteria and breaking down odor molecules — with zero chemicals.
Is plasma technology safe to use on skin?
The silicone pad never directly touches your skin, and the plasma-generating component stays roughly 10mm away from it. Class II double insulation meets international safety standards. Published testing also measured a skin-surface temperature rise of only 1.66°C after 5 minutes of use.
Why does the non-contact design matter?
It reduces skin irritation, keeps usage hygienic (no cross-contamination), applies plasma safely, and eliminates any electrical risk.
Does it work for severe body odor (bromhidrosis)?

Cleaning & Storage
How do I clean the device?
Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth after use. The body contains electronic parts, so do not wash it or immerse it in water. Avoid alcohol, benzene, thinner, abrasive cleaners, and other strong chemicals, which can damage the surface.
How do I clean the silicone pad?
The silicone pad can be removed from the device. Rinse it under running water, using mild soap if needed. Rinse thoroughly and let it dry completely before reattaching it and using the device.
How should I store it?
Store it in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and high humidity. Keep it out of reach of small children, and do not drop it or expose it to strong impacts.
