Delivery area and shipping charges
At launch, we deliver only within the Republic of Korea. Domestic delivery is free and included in the product price. International delivery is not currently offered.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 3 days after payment is completed. Dispatch is not the same as delivery; the arrival date depends on the delivery area and the carrier's circumstances. We will contact you individually if dispatch is delayed.
Returns, exchanges and after-sales service
Change-of-mind returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. The return shipping fee is KRW 4,000 one way, or KRW 8,000 round trip for an order originally shipped free of charge. The exchange shipping fee is KRW 6,000. Shipping costs for defects, incorrect items or other seller-responsible issues are paid by the seller.
We provide free after-sales service for 1 year from the date of purchase; repairs for faults or damage caused by consumer misuse or negligence are chargeable. Please see our return and refund policy for the full terms. Consumer rights under applicable law take precedence.
