Section 3 - Orders

Placing an order constitutes an expression of your intent to purchase. Unbox Korea reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at our sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until Unbox Korea confirms receipt of the order. Payment must be received and processed before an order is accepted. Because Unbox Korea cannot accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been placed, please review your order carefully before submitting it. If we are unable to accept, change, or cancel your order, we will contact you using the email address, address, and/or phone number provided at the time of order.

Your purchase may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that any products you purchase are for your own personal or household use and are not intended for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 - Pricing and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for shipping or shipping delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance procedures, or events beyond our control. Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans used on the Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You may be given access to certain customer tools as part of the Service, but we do not monitor, control, or have any involvement in such tools.

Unbox Korea is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Service to you. However, all sales and purchase transactions made through our store are made directly between you and Unbox Korea. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify has no responsibility for any sales activity between you and Unbox Korea, including any injury, damage, or loss caused by any product or service purchased. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Unbox Korea, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, or licensors, or Shopify and its affiliates, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of the Service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unbox Korea, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any liability arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or any documents incorporated by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Service.

We will notify you of any indemnification claim; provided, however, that your obligations under this section shall not be excused unless the delay in notice results in material prejudice to you. We may, with your consent, control the defense and settlement of any such claim, including retaining counsel; however, we will not settle any claim requiring you to undertake any obligation other than the payment of money without your consent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld). You and Unbox Korea consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
